Photography is Poetry

I have always loved photography, it's not only my job but also my PASSION. I love to photograph people and document life’s SPECIAL MOMENTS whether it is a new baby, pre-school children or a family of different generations. I’m mum to my two beautiful children Amelia and Austin. They are constantly changing, growing up so fast and I really TREASURE all the photographs I have taken of them. 

I have had the PLEASURE of photographing so many wonderful families over the past 12 years, capturing PRECIOUS FAMILY MOMENTS that are remembered and CHERISHED forever. It is so special when clients come back time and time again and I get the PRIVILEGE of documenting families grow. 

A little more about me …

I love the arts!

I studied A Level Art, Media Studies and Photography and have a degree in Fine Art. 

From 2006 until 2022 I had the pleasure of photographing LOTS of fabulous weddings (see below). For now I have decided to take a step back from this to gain more weekend time with my children. 

Which brings me to my new part time job I started in 2022 as an Art and Photography technician in a secondary school with a sixth form. I really enjoy being in a creative environment and supporting a lovely team and students. I also get to put my organisational skills from my time working as an event administrator to good use! 

I love food and enjoy cooking along with a glass of wine!

I’m a fan of cheesy 80’s music.

I love to escape in a good film or book.

I enjoy Pilates and walks by the sea or in the country.
